With 420 rooms, 1.700 sqm conference room hosting more than 2.200 persons, and many large facilities for indoor and outdoor events, the HILTON CAPO MULINI, is considered the largest in the Central Mediterranean area. The Hotel will open by summer 2019. 

NEXTNOW supported the Sponsor to submit to the Italian INVITALIA SPA the request of  € 25 million grant under the frame of the "Contratto di Sviluppo" legislation. The grant was approved on late 2013 but still not disbursed.

NEXTNOW also supported the international sponsor to raise a € 25 million loan to finance the acquisition of the hotel. The loan was disbursed on mid 2013 by the Italian MPS bank.
