With 420 rooms, 1.700 sqm conference room hosting more than 2.200 persons, and many large facilities for indoor and outdoor events, the HILTON CAPO MULINI, is considered the largest in the Central Mediterranean area. The Hotel will open by summer 2018. 

NEXTNOW advised on a € 25 million bridge loan to finance the acquisition of the hotel, already disbursed by Italian bank MPS. NEXTNOW  is currently committed for raising from the banks additional €35 million Syndicate Senior financing and € 25 million grant from the Italian Government. The grant is already approved, and the syndication - arranged by MPS Bank - is on-going.






AGAPE Project is developed by GRUPPO ANDIDERO IMMOBILIARE on a 1.160.000m² of own land, along side the Adriatic coast, in Polignano a Mare (BA), in Southern Italy.

The touristic project is composed by: (i) A 32.800m² Resort (135.000 m³ construction) hosting around 2.200 guests and a (ii) Country Suite Hotel.  

The Resort will be built with innovative modulare solutions, eco-friendly design and materials, highest environmental solutions. The starting of works is expected by September 2017.

NEXTNOW is committed for the: (i)  identification of equity partners, (ii) raising from the banks a € 30 million Senior financing and (iii) € 25 million grant, from both the Italian Government and local regional Authorities. 









PUNTA PEROTTI is one of the largest real estate residential development in the city of Bari (IT) ever. The project include the construction of 297.700 m³ surrounded by 200.000 m² public park.
